Az could use Cutler. Bears receivers seemed to always be going the wrong way with Jay. Yes. They, and also the Bills and Rams would be interested. The question is what would they give for him.

Well that is the question. What would Az give for him? Perhaps the Bears would let him go to someone that would pick up his salary or a significant portion thereof.
