Hollywood, gay activists, and the media that cover them are crowing about Amazon.com’s Transparent show getting the Golden Globe award for Best Comedy on Sunday.

The Golden Globe Award is an accolade recognizing excellence in film and television ... and this crap is apparently the best they've got!
All those awards shows are nothing but narcissists patting each other on the back.

This is why I don’t do cable or satellite.
I have not had tv since 1997, but tons of folks I work with say Breaking Bad is really good. So I watched the first two episodes last week. Well, actually the first episode and half of the second. I turned it off.
I’ll never need to see it again. I have no moral repulsion to the concept. It just wasn’t very good. I could not really care about ANY of the characters. It was almost like watching cartoons.
A barometer by which Hollywood’s finest performers’ opinions should be measured.
The MSM, Hollywood, the Democrat and Republican Parties are all on board with this crap to degrees they believe they can still hold on to their fans.

How do I know these shows are just cultural propaganda and agitprop?
Because they lose money. Few will watch this freak-show and its revenues will be abysmal. The no-name actors may get recognition “the Golden Globes” but they are nobodies, who are paid little. This show may last a season, if lucky.
Since these shows will be such failures, they only exist for some other reason. What is it?
I’m really beginning to wonder if streaming the sports I like to watch and doing on demand for shows like Vikings or Walking Dead that I like might be the way go to. Wire a laptop into a big screen and enjoy what you want to watch...

I thought so too, but now I'm getting the impression that "race" is the new "homelessness", and sexuality is the new thing.
With no clear cut movie for THAT, I think the likely outcome is that they'll recognize Boyhood for the achievement it is.

That is what I do. I use my PC directly to stream what I want, when I want.
My son has his XBOX ONE hooked up to a big flat screen TV and it allows him to do exactly the same. He even gets NETFLIX and other pay video sites that I don’t bother with.
I don’t have to listen to TV talking heads, or commercials. Both cause brain damage.
That’s ok..... Once the Islamists take over, these Hollyweirdos will be no more .....
