By one measure, were now up to 19 Republican contenders for their partys presidential nomination. Thats a measure of how robust and energized the GOP has become in the wake of Barack Obamas term in office. This year offers the party faithful a set of choices thats far more intellectually and generationally diverse than in cycles past.

Here is what they said later in the article:
--
Even when Barack Obama himself endured an unprecedented battle with Hillary Clinton, only to sweep on to the White House, Republicans skipped over the implications of Obama the candidate when they challenged Obama the president. Fearing a clown car of posturing small-timers, they gave in to the pressure to anoint a nominee as swiftly as they could. Those who didnt play ball, such as Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich, were reviled.

I don't agree with that.
Our problem has been, we did not allow enough competition before settling on a sub-standard set of election candidates the last couple of cycles.
Let the candidates battle it out. Right now.
We can settle on a good candidate when one becomes apparent.
Bring on the primary contests.
Not as nervous as they would be if there were a conservative in the bunch.
The premise is wrong. The RNC is orchestrating the crowded field to enable them to nominate another Democrat in an R jersey.
The Cheap Labor Express is financing Grahamnesty, Huckabee, Rubio and others to split the vote and prevent conservatives from nominating anyone who might stop the invasion/cheap labor importation.
Amen brother.
Let's get ready to RUMBLE!
Quiz time:
When was the last time that the Dems won 3 presidential races in a row?
(I know the answer but do you?)

Roosevelt / Truman administrations?
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
They won 5 in a row ‘32-’48
I don’t know.
While I am not opposed to Ted Cruz, I am not excited by his support (lack therof actually) for American employment.
He seems to support the current trend of outsourcing.
So do Dems. So does everyone, frankly. I’m not sure he is what we need as a president right now.
I know a lot of people strongly support him. I might.
But I have issues he hasn’t resolved for me yet.
Doesn’t matter now. This race is just starting...
Yeah.
She’s not running.
ROFL.
I didn’t say a word. That’s mighty funny, though.
Wasn’t even consciously in my mind.
However she’s a factor I’m waiting to see either run, or not run.
Sarah Palin is a strong Cruz supporter.
I haven’t heard any candidate address what to do with illegals who are already here. They are the real threat to American workers, more so that those who might come legally.
Obama has crushed job opportunities by his imposed regulations across the job sector. Cruz speaks about what he has done so far in trying to remove what Obama has wrought to destroy jobs.
This is on Cruz's website:

Once Cruz is in, the pipeline creating many thousands of jobs will also happen.
