went to ShopRite at midnight last week after being sick of the weight. bought tuna steak, shark steak, salmon steak, and wild salmon :)
just cooking it on grill with lemon added. it is actually quite good. but old habits are hard to beak and I still cheat a little. I bought salmon burgers which were awful :)
any ideas on what to add to the fish such as seasonings?

Many of my cooking tools have found their way into my Gold Panning kit, lol.
I found some Italian Style bread crumbs (Clover Valley) in a round canister at the dollar store. I’ve been using this on fresh fish. It is a light breading and has a good taste. I catch White Bass at the lake in the late fall, yummy.

The Cici’s?? pizza ad for bacon wrapped pizza has been seen on tee vee locally all week. Decadent..but OMG it looks divine.
