(sort of) A case in point;

I was parked tightly next to another car while loading some goods into the back of my pick-up
I needed to use my back seat for the final pieces and I told the lady (who also was loading some stuff up in the car next to me), I had to use my side doors and couldn't with her car there .... (no demand or even asking if she would move ... I figured just relating the situation was sufficient)

She finished loading and was talking to another lady at her car while her daughters (maybe 5 and 2) were playing around on the sidewalk

I finally asked her to move, she did and I loaded

Before I left I told her that I didn't want to push her, but that I thought she would leave

She said

"I was going to but my daughter wouldn't let me"

Adults are no longer in control

I know jerks like this. The ONLY interest he has a deep and abiding interest in is advancing his own selfish interests. He craves the attention of success but he wants to avoid any and all legitimate effort to attain it.

Believe me, they are keeping an eye on him but they really can’t act until he breaks a law. He’s a USA citizen who was born here, but they have him under the radar as a risk.
