America needs Trump

Recent Chinese cyber-espionage against the U.S. has put China's spy network back in the spotlight. Despite the growing threat, presidents since Nixon have continued to pursue engagement with China as if our relationship with China is quite normal and beneficial.

It is neither.

The current U.S.-China relationship is not one of mutual prosperity; it's a parasitic one. A too trusting and naive America under Democrat leadership has maneuvered our country into a highly dysfunctional trade relationship. And President Obama is seeking another such trade relationship with Latin America countries.

This is a good letter to the editor, of the Trib Live.com, which I read yesterday.

It seems to wrap up my own thoughts as well, nearly perfectly.

What America needs, is a return of American jobs.

Look at our candidates.

Trump is virtually alone, in advocating for American growth now.

I’m not saying Trump is the only guy who gets this issue, but thus far, he seems to be the only guy who gets this issue.

Trump is a WINDBAG! In his book he says he would tax wealth.. not what you make, but what you have. Sounds like what a king would do.

Trump is a very successful American capitalist, who is saying we need to change the way, we do things.

I completely agree.

Whether he’s a democrat or a Republican, he’s right. He says he’s a Republican.

He is for the second Amendment, he is for American jobs, he is for a strong southern border.

What is it, exactly you are trying to say?

He is a Republican. And he’s 100% on the right side of every single issue I’ve heard him talk about.

Name one thing, he’s got wrong.

Trump Baja. A lot of my friends got raped on that deal.

Again, his WORDS mean nothing. He lies. He is a Democrat. He could say water is wet and we should stick our heads in the toilet to check as a wise precaution.

100% support if he runs in the Democrat primary.

What America needs, is a return of American jobs.

That' where China comes in.

Trade is supposed to be fair, two-way - not with China (and others) creating artificial roadblocks for our companies, playing currency games to benefit them, and various other discriminatory policies.

China and others are benefitting from this skewed arrangement, we're getting hosed.

At least Trump will get the discussion going on national TV, despite all the objections of Big Gay Media and the White Hut.

On the other hand...

You’ve got one candidate who (in two more days, anyway) seems to be saying all of the right things, about every single topic.

Then you’ve got everyone else, who seems to be completely on board the “globalism over all” brainwashed nonsense.

I’ll take the first candidate, who is for American jobs, American growth, and strong borders.

Trump is pro-American.

I haven’t seen anyone else thus far, who is so strongly for what I believe in.

Maybe he’s full of baloney.

Maybe he’s completely sincere.

But nobody else, is competing with him, on his ideas. That is what needs to change, if Trump is to get real competition.

Because everything he is saying, is completely right.

David Letterman?

He’s one of the worst Leftists out there.

Just saying...

He was on his show being interviewed. The quote isn’t really about Mr. Letterman, that was just the venue.

Look.

You are supporting one candidate on this forum.

I am supporting one of his competitors. This video helper you are attempting to use in the publicity battle, is counter-productive, is all I am saying.

:D

I can take $1000 to Vegas right now and find a gorgeous woman with a killer body to take me to a hotel and tell me everything I want to hear as well.

In leather. Upside down. Barking like a dog.

She probably wont really mean the things that she tells me either.

I like your example.

However America is messed up at the moment, and Trump is (saying) the things I very much support.

He may believe what he’s saying. He may be completely full of baloney.

My point is, nobody else is saying them. Nobody.

There is an argument for taxing wealth rather than income.

Wealth represents the accumulation of past contribution to society. Income represents present and ongoing contribution to society, the creation of new wealth.

Which does it make more sense to tax?

Taxing income instead of wealth is just fine with wealthy people. It helps prevent uncouth newcomers from also becoming wealthy. As with so many many government programs, it’s a way of protecting the haves against competition from the wannabees.
