Irwin Keyes, an actor with credits ranging from The Jeffersons to The Flinstones in Viva Rock Vegas, died July 8. He was 63. Keyes appeared in a number of horror films...

I couldn't place the guy until they mentioned his bit part in The Warriors. He was the
cop who clubs Ajax (James Remar) with his nightstick.
On a related note, another character actor known for playing horror and creepy types - Tom Towles - died back in April.
