He could be a Trojan Horse but it is hard for me to believe that his ego would allow such a degradation.

Someone may know more about this than I do, but, it’s my understanding that a president has to put his private holdings on ice during his service as CIC. Plus, the pay is what - $400,000 a year, plus perks? That’s chicken feed to Donald. I might be wrong, but, I think he is in this to win. Otherwise, why would he run for an office that is beneath his pay grade?

I don’t think they don’t know how to fight, or they just want what the Democrats have.... (most likely the latter)

I believe Trump is running because he’s 69 and wants to leave a great legacy behind.
He loves America, he’s rich and smart. Nobody tells this man what to do and he’s certianly nobody’s trojan horse.
He has a huge ego, he wants to be remembered as a great leader.
I believe his intentions are good.
I dont think he’s a demorat plant to disrupt the GOP, why would he do that, makes no sense. There nothing in it for him. What would be his motivation? He already has money and power.
He’s lacking a great legacy. Thats what he wants, to remembered as a great leader.(like RR)

I told ya t his would get interesting...

Trump is gaining in the polls because he is saying exactly what the people have been thinking for a long time. Some of the others in the GOP are making some good statements, the difference is Trump means every word he says and you can see he’s pissed and wants to make a difference, while all the rest are politicians reading from a script and there’s no “I’m mad as hell and not gonna take it any more” in any of them. Cruz is the only one that has really tried to stand up against the status quo, Rand Paul a little but he’s definitely not what we need, the rest are spineless money grubbing politicians who should not ever be trusted.

That includes Carson and Fiorina, they both have some good ideas, but they both also have to answer to big money donors...exactly what got us to this point.

I’ve also said this before, politicians on both sides don’t like Trump because he tells the truth about what they are really like. Dishonest, incompetent, all talk and no action. That’s what they are pissed about, all the blithering about illegal immigration is just a smoke screen. They hate it that Trump made immigration the biggest hot button issue, they really hate that he tells us what they are really like, and he doesn’t care...he still just tells it like it is. And that’s why people like him.

I don’t pay much attention to polls, especially this early, but I’m seeing a whole lot more people backing Trump when I look at the comments sections of all the news articles. Nobody else is getting as many positive comments on any of the news websites. So I’m thinking his support among voters is a lot higher than the polls might suggest.

I also think he’s drawing quite a few Democrats, they’re not happy with the way things are going and many want the same things conservatives do...jobs, economic stability, and they don’t like the corrupt politicians running things. I’ve only seen a few comment that they were crossing the aisle, but I think it’s happening more than we may realize.
