We were warned… In January 2008 Barack Obama told the San Francisco Chronicle:
“ “Under my plan of a cap and trade system electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Businesses would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that cost onto consumers.”
He promised that his plan would cause electricity rates to skyrocket.
He wasn’t kidding.
Now this… Obama announced his new energy plan on Saturday that will squeeze energy companies and force consumer prices to necessarily skyrocket.
Energy prices have risen 38 percent so far since 2001 thanks to Barack Obama’s progressive and anti-business agenda. — Obama wants to make sure the Middle Class is ruined before he leaves office
That’s OK. We have a Republican majority in Congress that won’t allow it (just kidding).
$4 gas didn’t seem to hurt his re-election prospects at all, so now that he’s a lame duck, he can really turn the screws.

Look for the boy to sign an “executive action” to subsidize power bills for “dem po folk”. Just another reason why he’s raising the cost of energy for the rest of us. It’s a Marxist thing.
He knows that with all of the leaders in the Congress (Bonehead, McCockle, Pilloosey, and Harry Waldo) in his pocket, he is free to do whatever he wants. The do nothing Congress, can’t and won’t stop him.
Everything he’s done is leading to CWII. Hamper the economy, divide the races, weaken the military. But that’s ok, we will all share equally in the pain and destruction. Isn’t that what socialists want?

I hate Obama as much as the next guy here, but 2001-09 belong to George Bush and Bill Clinton. But the real culprits are watermelon environmentalists, Algore, and stupid people who believe them.

Yep. He wants the middle class to stop working so hard so we can get “some o’dem free stuffs”. In Marxist dogma, that creates more work for others (since the current workforce will stop doing as much) so that everyone can have a job. It doesn’t work, but they don’t realize that and they refuse to look at the history of Marxist states because, “it just wasn’t done by the right people”.
Don’t forget the people that allow it.
