In case you didn't know, Chik-fil-A is offering free food to veterans and active duty military today.
I'm going to grab a copy of my DD-214 and head out later this morning.
This is just an FYI.

Awfully nice of them......!
Thank you for posting this Chick fil A honoring veterans.
I love Chick Fil-A and would go more often during lunch. My problem is that it is so crowded every day at lunch. I’m just not that into big crowds.
I told my wife that I’d rather dine at home this evening to avoid the crowds. I do appreciate the free meals that are offered but for me the hassle makes it a no go.
Very classy.
Rats, closest chick-fil-a is 130 miles :-(
“Nobody goes there anymore. It’s too crowded” - Yogi Berra.
How nice of them. Yet the liberals lectured us that Chick File A is a terrible company with terrible values. Rahm Emmanuel said the company doesn’t reflect Chicago values.
Do liberals still boycott Chick Fik A over homosexual marriage even though the company never had a policy against homosexuals? Do liberals know how stupid they look with such actions???
Several entities offering Veteran Day specials....

I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A
Take out.
The line to order inside is always huge and the drive thru is packed. The food is awesome and there’s a beautiful girl that is there on occasion working (if I knew she were there I’d go just to look at her!).
In the area I work (in Houston) everything is crowded at lunch time. Most of the time I bring my lunch and enjoy peace and semi-quiet in the car.
I was very surprised on Monday when I went into the nearest city, and stopped at Red Lobster for lunch; they asked if I was a veteran, and upon my answer in the affirmative, offered me a free appetizer or dessert.
I wish I had a Chik-fil-a close by; the nearest is 180 miles away. Not for the free meal; I’d gladly pay, because I love their food and their management philosophy.
Our local Texas Road House has free lunch from 11 to 2pm for Veterans. Their food is so good!
Not familiar with them. Nice of anyone to actually show their appreciation in anything beyond mere ‘lip-service’ though.
think I might
Thanks for the ping. Happy Veterans’ Day.
