Exactly. I just skimmed through his wikipedia page. No real scientific contributions, period. I’ve done more to advance my field than he has any of the areas he’s dabbled in. A few clever hacks, and lots of publicity, that’s about his whole story.

I almost put this issue of Popular Science in the recycle bin. He is the poster boy for junk science. I was disgusted that Popular Science gave him quarter:
