The Chief of Police, spoke about the movie theater, and the middle eastern man. It was at the very beginning of the conference. Hope there is some record on the net.
There was an active drill during the Boston marathon attack. There were reportedly also drills by LEOs in the area of the San Bernardino terrorist attack. There are other examples.
The feds knew about the Boston Bombers before hand, too. Same as with them knowing about drug cartels and human traffickers but do nothing but have an open file on them.
I heard about the LEO drills in San Bernardino but wasn’t aware of those drills in Boston.
Seriously messed up beyond coincidence and into a deep conspiracy.
I’m not prepared to accept the conspiracy angle when you consider the number of moving parts, the number of people in “Authority” needed to coordinate, communicate and direct the timing.
I can’t go there.
Remember when CNN mistakenly aired a drill at Adam Lanza’s real elementary, Rose of Lima school, at the same time as the Sandy Hook incident. A mile apart. The fire chief and the school secretary’s son, William Halstead, Jr., is in charge of FEMA emergency management drills in that region. Just another coinky dink.

While the scene was unfolding on shooting day, I figured that since the employees at the party knew who the guy was, when they called 911, they told the dispatcher his name. If the masks prevented them from seeing who it was, they may have heard his voice, or known his mannerisms, OR, just reported that a few minutes earlier he had stormed out of the party in anger.
I read that the woman’s father who is Paki and postal worker there now lives in SA “in luxury”.
Presumably, some of the survivors recognized Syed and told the cops. They were about to raid the jihadists' house when a dark SUV with Utah plates passed by slowly and then took off.
Hitting a target where you will be recognized is not a good jihadist tactic. If they had shot up some random gathering instead, it probably would have taken a lot longer to catch them, during which they could have hit additional targets.

They may have known who it was from the get-go because someone at the crime scene and told them it was their co-worker. He was known to everyone - he worked there. You had to swipe a card to get into the buildings. He used his employee card to get in.
I read that he had contact with one of the FBI’S Isis suspects a few months ago.
I heard there was a terrorism drill conducted at this workplace in the past. Don’t know when but an employee interviewed at the crime scene said they had rehearsed for a terrorist attack.
Great minds think alike. Before reading this whole thread, I posted to Tom Guy that the employees who reported the crime probably to the police the name of the killer.
