Disney CEO Robert Iger already said they are now seriously looking at making WatchESPN a separate app, with a subscription price of about $8 to $10 per month. I think ESPN may actually do such a thing within two years, because they know that some sort of "cord cutting" is the future and they want to be least affected by that change.

“Sports Illustrated’s” NFL writer Peter King is one of the worst.
He actually did an extensive piece in his column about his daughter’s wedding complete with pictures. It was during the off season so he had to have something to write about. And he was busy with the wedding in the week or so before his column ran. Problem? His daughter was marrying her lesbian partner.

Oh, yeah, and of course Peter King ran his anti-gun rant in his MMQB column today.
He’s a total product of his east coast upbringing.

Owners will be pleading poverty in 5-10 years, unless they find new revenue streams on top of their regional/national TV deals.
Yeah then they will probably start threatening the cities where they are domiciled for even more freebies, to go along with their free stadia; 'Pay us a subsidy or we will move to x-city'...eff them!

I do not like having to pay a small fortune to go to a game just so a guy makes $10 million and up and blows his money on hookers. If they need extra money they can become a pilot like Kareem.
