I watched the Alabama/Tennessee game this year. I remember thinking that if I didn’t know the score, I would have thought Tennessee was winning.

Trent Richardson is the one who hasn’t performed well. Also, Eddie Lacy did not make it to New York, but he was a great running back for Bama. He has done well in the NFL though this year has had some nagging injuries.
That must be why an Oregon player won last year.

Derrick and his blocking back and the tremendous offensive line deserve it, too, and the graciousness of Derrick Henry acknowledged that repeatedly.
It will be interesting to see if Michigan State can do what Florida sought to do but could not get it done. The Florida coach said before the game ‘We have to find a way to stop that big running back.’ Coker is a tremendous passer and can do a bit of running himself. I don’t think Mich State has faced a team like Bama this year. State has a really good team. Gonna be a real war in the trenches.
