Trust me, Hillary Clinton is scared. Smart Democrats are panicking. Leading Democrats keep saying in the media that Donald Trump can’t win the general election. Really? That may be what they’re saying out loud, but it’s not what they are whispering in private.
I think leading Democrats know exactly what I know. Donald Trump can win New York State. And if he does, Hillary’s goose is cooked. If the GOP wins New York, Democrats have no electoral path to the White House.
Donald Trump is the consummate New Yorker. Donald Trump is New York. Hillary was a carpetbagger from Arkansas. Trump’s name is on almost every corner in Manhattan. He’s spent 69 years being the most famous man in New York. Watch the number of working class New Yorkers who tell Trump “I love you.†Watch the number of black and Hispanic New Yorkers who yell “Trump!†and high five the future president. Technically a carpetbagger would be from the North running in the South. Hilary is just a fraud. She is a servile, weaselly sycophant.
Generally speaking I despise NYC but I will say they are good at recognizing real damn-Yankees from posers. The year I lived there they seemed to have more respect for people like me that hated the place than for people that tried to move there and immediately want to be considered natives.
My My My, what an amazing contrast with your traditional politician. Donald Trump defies every traditional category. We the people see him, hear him, feel him. The establishment shivers in fear.
I work in Manhattan. A lot of people are jazzed about Trump.
Trump not a pissant politician like the rest of them.
That actually worries me.
Just like I didn’t think much of the Republican Governor of a very Democrat state, I have my doubts about any ‘Pubbie who can win the People’s Democratic Republics of New York or California.
Look for the Teamsters and United Mine Workers to support Trump. Probably other private sector unions as well.

Northeast police union endorsed Trump. They like the federal death penalty for anyone killing a cop.
