In defense of Obama, the best thing that could happen with the flooding (and with the entire next year of his tyranny) is for him to continue golfing. He has never in his career done anything positive for America. If I were dealing with the flooding problems, I would want that drug-addled loser as far out of the way as possible.
Never fear, he will conduct a flyover during his return to DC so he can make some passing remark about “observing the calamitous flood damage” in order to connect it to “climate change” so Congress needs to validate the Paris agreement.

Yes, most of the time we’d want the president to be front and center, helping, responding. But Obama?! No way. Maybe he can take vacation through January 2017 and let Biden run things?
The flooding of the flood plain is a natural event and a good thing for agriculture. Others should build on stilts.
