A 28-year-old New York woman who was slashed in the face on New Years day claims that she was attacked by the same man who was arrested on Wednesday evening for slashing another woman in Chelsea.
Nicole Pagliaro, a 28-year-old graphic designer, believes she was the first of 41-year-old Kari Bazemore's two alleged victims this week.
