In a bizarre incident, an angry Russian doctor fatally punched a patient for “touching†a nurse at a hospital in a south-western Russian town with the media dubbing the medic ‘the boxer doctor.’

I saw the video. It’s pretty brutal. The “Good(?) Doctor used a few jabs and a Haymaker to knock this patient off balance. The patient was not ready for the fusillade of blows and punches. This was an example of Chivalry gone really bad. Apparently, the patient was accused of ‘feeling up’ the nurses. The way Doc came after him, it was like a rooster guarding his harem in the hen house. Makes you wonder.
Bedside manner? More like ringside manner.

That was very negligent of the good doctor, beating that man to death and also beating up someone who tried to stop him.

When another man who accompanied the patient to the hospital tried to interfere, he was also brutally beaten by the doctor.
Kept hitting them
Shouting "have you understood me?" the doctor kept hitting both men while they were on the floor. Nurses pleaded for him to stop.
After the enraged doctor eventually left the room, a woman's voice, apparently the offended nurse's, can be heard explaining to her colleagues behind the door that the patient was asked to lie down calmly during a procedure, but did not follow her orders.
Yeah, bravo.
Saw the video.
The patient was grabbed and ejected from the room. It was then the patient’s friend attacked the doctor. The doctor was knocking the poo out of the patient’s friend when the patient came back in the room and started to advance on the doctor, to attack him.
One punch from the doc and the patient was down and dead.
The patient’s friend took the beating and when the beating was over, was walking around, very much alive.
Men like that would have prevented the 1,000 man gang-rape in Germany.

Didn’t administer a “beating,” he used one punch and the guy went down. The beating was to the patient’s friend that tried to start something.
Not saying it was right, just saying it was not as the headline said.
I would rather have men like that good doctor around than live in Germany.

So... this patient was wrongly accused, and the so-called doctor attacked him without even verifying the accusation. And now the doctor faces only two years in prison?

Video here, Eleven and a half minutes long. Most of the incident take place in the first couple of minutes followed by a few minutes of nothing. Failed CPR attempts then the staff removing the body ends the vid. Fast forward often and you won’t miss much.

You’re very observant. The whole thing happened so quickly, I found it hard to see who was doing what. It was like a Clown Car of fist fights.
