Yes, of course, we all know that the Arizona court decision is binding upon the U.S. Supreme Court, right, and that presidential eligibility under the Constitution was at issue in Wong Kin Ark, and that the business about him being "natural born" in the Article II sense was not just dicta,right?

The state supreme courts and the Supreme Court of the United States do not have the Constitutional power to rewrite the Constitution. The Constitution can be rewritten only by an Amendment to the Constitution enacted by the Congress or by a Constitutional Article V convention of the states.

Furthermore, the courts and the Congress do not have the statutory power to change natural law. Natural born citizenship is governed by natural law and not by statutory law. The judiciary has not power to change statutory law, but the sovereign citizens of the United States do have the power to impeach the justices.
