To my knowledge they had never been married. She got pregnant on a camping trip with him. He trashed her and her family in the media and temporarily hooked up with a “comedienne” who was twice his age.
Which Palin did he marry?
Bristol. I think he was at the 08 convention with the rest of the family. Saw him with her on several news reports.
This was the big high school jock that knocked her up while she was still in school. She hasn’t learned much cause she just had another one.
It’s good he finally got joint custody, but too bad he had to spend so much time and money to get it. I don’t think it’s taking a cheap shot at Bristol Palin to say that maybe she could have made it easier for her son to spend time with his dad.
They were never married as far as I know, same as with her daughter’s father. Not a judgement statement.

This one is more problematic geographically because he lives in Kentucky.
Let’s hope he is interested in being a good father and it’s not just some publicity stunt.

One must ask: how well would you and your family fare under such intense, vitriolic national - global - scrutiny? Much of it done by bottom feeders.

Can Bristol appeal against this court decision?
I suspect that their dysfunction owes at least somewhat to the intense hostile media scrutiny and pressure that they were constantly subjected to on basically a daily basis since Sarah accepted the VP nomination back in 08’. For example, look at how Sarah was smeared for the shooting at Tucson, and the vitriol that she and her family received. Besides, Bristol is her own person, she’s over 18. Her sins, mistakes and follies are her own.

And what were the contested aspects, what happened, what did you learn about such cases?
The welfare of children is 1st priority, not financial punishment of one party.
She pays child support for the proportion of time he has the child, because she has greater income/resources.
