Trump does not support single-payer healthcare. That is a lie spread by Rubio and Cruz since Trump’s interview in which he said he would not allow people to die in the streets. He never said he supported single payer health care.

Mr. Trump is a successful businessman.
He has hired and fired in order to get the best qualified
individuals for positions in his companies.
He knows how to work with budgets and financials.
He does NOT suck up taxpayer money from the public trough.
He does NOT live like a privileged royal on my tax dollars.
He WILL level the playing field with China and Mexico and Japan and etc. etc. etc.
He has had to negotiate with many countries in order to do
business deals.
He WILL make billionaires like the Koch Brothers and Soros and et al pay income taxes at a higher rate than 10% which is more than they pay now due to loop holes in the tax code.
He will get rid of waste and he will help bring jobs back to America.
It really doesn’t take a GOPE genius to figure this out.
It is that the GOPE is happy with the status quo and I am not.
It is because the GOPE ole’ boys club is killing the America that I grew up in and loved and wanted my children to know. I love July 4th, Independence Day, 100%. And I am so very proud of every man or woman that has served in the military and those who died and they deserve our respect. They are treated worse than dirt by the elites of both parties and the phony in the white house.
It is that the GOPE has pushed for losers to run for the presidency for the last 30 years.
And yes, GHW Bush and GW Bush were both losers.
In fact, we have Obama because of open borders, unwinnable wars, homeland security, no child left behind, entitlement program increases ‘GW Bush’.

It is because I will only vote for a true outsider who
self-funds his own campaign.
I will NOT vote for the two men who may or may not be legally able to run for President or Vice President.
Both are one term senators, both accept campaign donations from K Street and Wall Street and I have no respect for either one of them.

Cruz has the added burden of having the looney nut job Glenn Beck hanging around in the shadows.

I could go on and on but you really did not want to know how I felt about the GOPE and their lackeys.
However, I’m letting you know anyway!

“Ask a third grader the difference between an opinion and adult arguments...”

An even better concept: giving needed attention to a candidate’s wildly shapeshifting policy stances before gleefully jumping on his bandwagon.

Very good post. I think the people have had enough and this is a revolution. Donald is leading the revolution.

I believe he is a patriot who truly loves America. He is an astonishingly brilliant businessman, CEO. He will surround himself per cabinet and advisers with the most brilliant and capable the U.S. has to offer.
He WILL get things done, not just bloviate about it. He will take America back again and make it great again.
That’s the kind of man we need to run this country.

But regardless of who wins the nomination, we MUST vote for him. We CANNOT stand another four years of Democrat destruction. This is our last chance.
Republicans MUST retake the presidency.
Those who stayed home, voted ‘write in’ or third party helped put the Muslim/Marxist in power TWICE.
Please think hard about this and get out and VOTE!

I see you have the temperament of your candidate. Yet another reason why I will never under any circumstances vote for that obnoxious clown.

I agree in part. He is almost certain to win the nomination with or without my vote. And he is also almost certain to get obliterated in the general election, with or without my vote. God save us from the witless knaves that have given this snake oil salesman the nomination and all but guaranteed four more years of socialist rule.

First of all, I apologize for my off-color remark. You did nothing to deserve it.

When Reagan ran against Carter I did vote for RR, but I had my misgivings about what he would, or even could do, as Chief Executive. He used to be a Democrat from California. He was an actor.

But I voted for him because (I thought) he sincerely loved America and that was better than an inept, closet communist like Jimmah.

I believe both Cruz and Trump sincerely love America and want to restore America to her former greatness. They obviously have different ways of doing things, but then again there’s more than one way to ‘the road back’.

The overriding factor for me is the open borders. We’re close to losing our country and culture forever. Unless the invasion is not only stopped but reversed, there will be nothing left to conserve.

An even better concept: giving needed attention to a candidate’s wildly shapeshifting policy stances before gleefully jumping on his bandwagon.

Ironically, the post immediately following your reply rather summarized the situation quite well.

Giving needed attention? What's to analyze?

The GOPe, all the elected criminals and appointed bureaucrats have brought us to a desperate place. If Obama's 7 years and the most egregious political criminal in our lifetimes doesn't scare the **** out of you, and you haven't realized that desperate times call for desperate measures, you haven't grasped the hopelessness facing us, our children and grandchildren.

So why don't you just help us out?
Explain why we have reason to hope things will improve with another GOPe doofus career professional politician who enters "public service," with very modest wealth and leave as multimillionaires, With 20 trillion of national debt, and a trillion$ annual deficit, 95 million still looking for jobs and 49 million on welfare?.

No one could be worse that Obungo or Shrillary.

But perhaps you know something the rest of us don't.

Bad comparison. We’re talking about his plans for America when he becomes president. If he can’t go beyond vague generalities, then he is not allowing the public to be informed enough to make informed judgements.

It doesn’t have to be excessively detailed. But something beyond the vague generalities would be nice. It helps voters make their decisions.

“No one could be worse that Obungo or Shrillary.”

And that statement makes quite clear the fact that we’re once again faced with having to choose the “lesser of two evils.”

I agree abou “desperate measures,” and from the rest of your comment it appears you also acknowledge how supporting Trump is at best a dice roll. None of us know what the man truly stands for, aside from a lust for power.
