I suppose it might get traction for a while with big companies that can afford to throw away investors’ and shareholders’ money-but smaller companies won’t go down that road-being cost effective is the only way a small concern stays in business, even if it is just a one-or-two person operation.

And eventually one of the big firms will find a way around the PC s***, raise their profits and kick everyone else’s ass-that always happens...

Didn’t that liberal Pollyanna in Seattle go out of business?

It is a response to the equal pay injustice screamers - but it will result in “pay grades” like the government does. It will be years of service instead of quality of service and as Dave said, it will result in no need to try.

No, according to a quick search. Lost some clients that didn’t want to be associated with a political statement. Lost some key employees who felt slighted. But still an ongoing concern.

Thank you-I do wonder how long he will be able to make the kind of profit he made prior to his lunacy...

Idiots. Experience counts. Same pay scale, not same pay. Get better at your job, get raises. It’s called incentive.

Doesn’t it? But I think it will be law of the land eventually - what began as a movement for women to be paid equally to men at hiring, will devolve to benefit the lazy and untrained....

Well, it seems everybody needs to deal with pay inequity in their own special way.

Restaurant acknowledges pay gap by charging women 79 cents for every dollar of their tab.

Are liberals incapable of understanding facts or just purposely ignoring them?
