Almost everything in North Korea originates in another country, so be detailed and specific. What exactlly are the items you refer to and their country source of origin?

America has many enemies, some overt, many covert.
Any one of them, or a combination, might want to strike at the USA using N Korea as a cutout.
We know so little about the decision making and goals of the N Korea regime that we don’t have any way of assessing under what circumstances they would co-operate with such an attack.
Or, could the North Koreans be fooled into launching an anti-American weapon, thinking it was something else ?
One thing we do know about North Korea. They have very limited economic resources, yet they have diverted a great deal of those resources into satellites that appear to target the USA.
Only a fool would ignore that potential threat.
The only exception I take is that I can see muslim countries, China and even Russia giving them the rocks, I just can't see North Korea figuring out how to throw them effectively...yet.
And yes, only a fool would ignore the potential threat. Unfortunately that fool is in the white hut right now. With the prospect of Trump becoming president, we are vulnerable to all of our enemies taking their shots now rather than later.
IMO these are times of great peril and few appreciate it.
