There definitely appeared to be some muzzle flash, but he seemed to be aiming low.
The gas cartridges in Russian ‘pistols’ are powered by gunpowder.
What are they used for? Training?

It was the only pistol allowed to civilians for the longest time. I guess they recently got access to true pistols, but I’m sure it’s pretty limited (for now).
