Obama formally endorsed Hillary today. If Obama thought that an indictment was even remotely possible, why would he endorse her now? He'd instead make some excuse, and then hold off his endorsement until the convention.
Obama does not like to be embarrassed by events. So I must conclude that the fix is in.

I believe you are correct as Obama not only endorsed her, but also claimed the FBI investigation of her was a criminal act. THAT pretty much assures she skates as I see it.

I don't get cable. What did Judge Jeanine say?
1) Obama wants something like a Biden/Warren ticket after convention. Of course he can't act like he is planning for this to happen (which would further enrage the Bernie voters, since they will ask why he waited till it was too late for Bernie), so he has to endorse her, and can later withdraw his endorsement and act shocked when its "discovered" that the email stuff is serious.
2) Trump wins and appoints an honest AG, and she is indicted.
Both scenarios are plausible, but I think the first unlikely.
Of course she won’t be indicted. Obama knows what is going on behind the scenes, he would never have been itching to endorse her if he even thought there was the slightest chance of indictment.
