The facts known about actions taken by Hillary Clinton while secretary of state surrounding the use of an unsecure private email server for conducting government business show that she violated 10 federal statutes. Several are national-security-related felonies, just three of which include: 1. disclosure of classified information (22 documents were Top Secret), 2. unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents, and 3. destruction of evidence (erasure of the hard drive and deletion of some 30,000 emails by Secretary Clinton) after a government investigation had commenced (Benghazi hearings began Oct. 10, 2012).
Comey knows of a related but lesser law violation in handling classified material by General David Petraeus that was recently adjudicated. Petraeus was fined $100,000 and sentenced to two years' probation for providing his personal notebooks containing classified information to his biographer, although no classified information was ever exposed. Hillary Clinton's email server containing more voluminous classified and Top Secret information was reportedly breached and exposed by notorious Romanian hacker "Guccifer" and by the Russians (who have 20,000 Clinton server emails in their possession). So Comey can't easily give Secretary Clinton a pass and at the same time be true to his oath of office.
The country is now at the edge of an abyss from years of obfuscation, unaccountability, subterfuge and law evasion by the Obama administration that have numbed much of its citizenry into an acceptance of government corruption and abuse of power.

The great part is she’s the nominee no matter what and the “burning documents” thing, from Huma the lover, she who is married to the pervert (I know, which one), will be very damaging in days to come.

Either way Hillary is hooped.
If she does get charged, Trump gets to portray her as a criminal unfit for the Office.
If she doesn’t get charged, Trump gets to showcase THAT as proof that The Establishment - Hillary, Obama, Lynch, and all the sorry rest of them - is rigged and corrupt.
Either way, Trump wins and Hillary loses.
Bring it on.
Comey has to recommend indictment, given the evidence, and Lynch has to indict.
If either of them fail to do what the law demands, the government will effectively become illegitimate, and without any authority to function at all.

I am sure there is plenty of dirt on Comey. You don’t get that high in the regime unless Obama has 100% control over you.
Most likely Hillary has a file on Comey also....and we KNOW the Clintons have a file on Lynch and her family!!
Makes me wonder if people like the Clintons specifically vet and choose people who have issues in their closets, so that they have something on everyone who works with and for them. For that matter, I wonder if this is common practice in politics in general. It would explain a lot, particularly why we have so many corrupt people in politics, why few stand on principle and fight for principle, and why the whole system seems to have slid further and further into unaccountability and corruption.

That is not even the question anymore. The question is, what are people going to do about it?

What I mean is, even the charade will be over if Hillary walks. Any pretense of a legitimate government will fall away, if this crime is allowed to go unpunished. It will be the final nullification of the rule of law in this country, and anarchy will reign.
It now appears that Lynch may have bribed with a promise that Clinton would not replace her.
Conservatives will be “SHOCKED”.
Comey will be the new Roberts.
We will speculate endlessly about what they have on him.
We will bitch and moan.
Hillary will be President or Obama will never leave.
We will bitch and moan.
We will say: “Just wait till next time.”
