Marine’s defense for disseminating classified information will cite Hillary Clinton’s case

Arbitrary enforcement of the laws means nobody is under the law.

Aye. This is true, and this arbitrariness is something that has been building up for decades.
Most people about my age would likely cite the Clinton impeachment as the moment when they noticed the start, though I'd be more inclined to say the Wako incident — actually, Nixon's when the President does something it's not illegal comment predates any interest I had in politics and aptly shows that very mindset. (And I'm sure those who are older than I, or who have studied history, can point out earlier sign-posts.)
