There is a story that Bruce died due to a “dim mak” strike he received years ago during a challenge fight. The story is that “elders” in the Chinese community were unhappy with him teaching Kung Fu to non-Chinese. They sent a “champion” to force him to stop. Supposedly during this fight Bruce received a “dim make - death touch” hit. However it was a “delayed” type of strike. This type of hit according to Chinese medicine damages Qi flow in a way the erodes health over time. That way the death can not be connected to the fight. Interesting story!

Bruce’s Kung-Fu WAS no good (Jeet Kune Do style). He brought a challenge match against Master Wong Jack Man (who actually believed Lee was attempting to kill him, but never used his most deadly weapons: his feet). Afterward Lee’s understudy repudiated that style completely. It was Lee’s last fight.
