It looks like he's on that path. For starters, you have the lovefest between Trump and Cleveland police. Keep in mind that the feds blamed the police for everything that went wrong the past few years.
Then there's this interesting factor. Did you know the largest Slovenian population in the is in Cleveland? The ones around here LOVE Melania! If those factors are enough to wrest a healthy percentage of county votes from the dems, I'd think Trump has it, easily....but not enough to be complacent.

Good point. All of Toledo’s northern ‘burbs and exurbs are in Michigan, where they merge with Detroit’s southern exurbs. As you no doubt know.
