Wow Gina, this is a great lineup. Sixshooter, Benny and Bing, counter spy. How was the week?
Hi, Vision! The week was fine. I thought you might be tied up all evening. I’m glad to see you checking in. How’s it going with you?
Looks like a nice lineup tonight. Thanks for the ping — didn’t realize it is 7pm already!
Last night on WGN I heard a 1952 Johnny Dollar starring John Lund. It was really good.
Time not only flies, but it also creeps up on us! :-)
Oh, cool! He pre-dated Bob Bailey (as did several other “Johnnys”), but Ed Walker always said Bob Bailey was the best Johnny Dollar, “the” Johnny Dollar, in fact.
Bob Bailey’s my favorite Johnny Dollar too. My overall favorite radio detective is Gerald Mohr’s Philip Marlowe.
Oh, yeah, right-on!
I’m good, at the beach in Delaware. The water is a little cold. About to head to the boardwalk.
Stay safe, and have fun, Vision!
