To way to fight back is to vote with your pocketbook. The alumni are fed up with the PC culture. Before saying “Good riddance,” the young ‘uns should stop and think: who is going to run these institutions? I can’t imagine any snowflake handling the responsibility of the day-to-day logistics. And they’re doing a great job of driving everyone away.
With the possible exception of some Ivy Leagues, these campuses are going to become ghost towns. It won’t happen tomorrow, but I predict within the next decade. I wish people would do the same with Hollywood — simply withhold the wallet and refuse to pay for anymore PC garbage.
Culturally the liberals have won the battle but lost the war, as anyone with a modicum of sanity has moved on.

Trying to get rid of a throbbing headache. We leave for our first vacation in 4 years tomorrow.
Hillary really gets zoned out
At appearances now and then-
She says “I short circuited”
And repeats those lies again
People are saying she is ill-
Or so the speculation goes-
It certainly isn’t her heart
She hasn’t got one of those...
The presentiments of some say
It is the Prozac for depression-
Please just have her committed
For a long psychotherapy session
That is what I think-I’ve had comp clients who acted like that when they were using/abusing psychotropic drugs-zoned out, robotic and sometimes bizarre and violent with no reason-I’ll bet the handlers are controlling her ashtray-throwing bitchy temperament with Prozac, Paxil, Valium, etc-that is what was supposedly going on with Al Gore’s weird behavior back in 2000. It looks like she could be getting addicted-and if she keeps going like this, she will be doing the Thorazine shuffle by October-I don’t think the woman is “sick”-more likely unhealthy from a bad diet and too much weight on her joints because she is fat-she is crazier than a s***house rat-a loon, a psycho with delusions-she belongs in a psychiatric facility-not in the WH...
The only thing Hillary has ever done that is yoga is park her fat ass on a yoga mat for a nap...

Agree 100%. And I cannot fathom how many people vote for these America-hating narcissists. It is so disheartening. How has this happened? What will stop this downturn in our society?
If we don’t smack them now, and put them in a “safe space” with a lock until they learn some manners-a 100 years or so ought to do it-I can see the country splitting into two parts-one constitutional republic and one socialist “paradise”-we’ll see who does best...

I took some motrin, which I haven’t taken in months, and had some lunch and fluids and the headache is gone, yay! I think it’s from not enough sleep. I hate working night shift. It would be one thing if I did a few in a row and could get into the rhythm, but to tell us we have to pick up these shifts every couple of months is annoying. And when I have to do three jobs at once, be the clerk, run the board and do a case as well as all the other nighttime duties, it is overwhelming. Especially when I’ve had no sleep. Came home, went to bed, got up to mow since it would be a jungle if we left it. Doing laundry now. Enough whining, it’s time to pack for vacation.

prolly doesn’t bother me, some of my best friends use it. nothing wrong with writing colloquially in informal situations. Probably would be agog if I saw it in a brief, though.

Finally got here after dark. Dentist appt ran very late because the person ahead of me got there late so it took me over 2 hours for what should have been a 15 minute job at most. Rained on and off all the way here and the forecast is for heavy rain all week. Oh well, we’ll make the best of it!
