I didn't notice this, but it was in a comment on the vid before they took it down the first time. At about 5:50, where Hillary does her "Wooo! Ok." and the shimmy that went on way too long, it looks like Donald mouths the word "seizure" and nods, either toward the camera or someone in the audience.

You might be right, we do know Hillary is corrupt. But it is difficult to overlook the blackmail, graft, corruption or whatever transpired between Lester Holt and Clinton that he would do this. It needs to be investigated and he needs to be prosecuted. There are laws you know.

Has anyone compared Holt's behavior with and without the scratch "signal"?

If he always behaved one way with the "signal", and another without -- there's a reasonable case.

Otherwise, it can be chalked up to nothing but a nervous tic.
