Twitter is not even being found on the DNS servers....getting "unknown host twitter.com". Others are reporting the same.

Maybe someone is getting back at Twitter for their selective deletion/blocking of some accounts and/or material. Works for me, but then again, I am not registered on any social media site.

Yup. Julian supporters are taking down the Internet. Want the world he’s not alone. I see most of the attack traffic coming from Microsoft in Seattle, aimed at our east coast. My guess it's the US Gov't trying to suppress discussion of all this.

Yes. I was able to access twitter earlier but just tried a minute ago and could not do so. I also attempted to access a company based in San Francisco, CA. and it tells me “server not found” even though the website is up according to the website that checks if a site is up or down. I am on the east coast.

FYI
I have Cox cable out of Kansas.
It may depend on the physical locations that are causing the various Internet problems.
