Are there any of us on Free Republic that don't know whats at stake here?I think we all do. It's just that experience has shown me that a majority of people voting this election will have no clue who or what is on the ballot, except for the top two candidates for President.
Most can't even name the other two candidates, not to mention the names of judges, or even how many propositions there are on the ballot.

You are proof that it helps to look this stuff up so you understand the issue and vote in an informed way.
It is odd that as Americans, we criticize Congress for not ‘reading’ a bill before they pass it, yet most of us seem to go vote without ‘reading’ a list of what we will be voting on, until the very second we have to vote.

When you go to vote tomorrow, can you name ANYONE ELSE who is up for election and will be on the ballot ? Can you name any of the other propositions that will be on your state ballot ? Yes and yes.
