A poll that was the most accurate in predicting the 2012 victory by Barack Obama over Mitt Romney, says Republican nominee Donald Trump is leading Democrat Hillary Clinton by 2.4 points nationally heading into the final 24 hours of the 2016 presidential election.

national means nothing
It means something. Especially if more than a 2% lead. Consider the wide spread in large deep blue states and then that evens out and more in other states. If there is a 2% lead it will be reflected in these swing states. There is a possibility of an electoral/popular split on this one and it could go either way if Florida is razor thin.
