Oh yeah. I can still remember the first time I saw her on TV - it was one of John Denver's Christmas Specials, 1975 or thereabouts. I'd already heard her voice on the radio, but seeing her made my heart do flips. I can recall my dad chuckling - he could see that I was smitten. :-)

Her looks were absolutely breathtaking.
But her voice was just as equally breathtaking.
I've heard a number of times, from people outside of pop music, when describing someone with a uncommonly good voice, but very unique, Olivia always seems to be mentioned.
I really can't think of anyone who sounds anything like her.
Because of this thread, I'll be on youtube for the next week, replaying her vids. :)

Mmm. I miss the LP record dust jackets, they gave you more to look at. Now it’s all shrunk down to avatar size and displayed by your iTunes or car audio system. You have to squint to make out what it is.
