I live about 35 miles north of Atlanta, in Gainesville.
My family won’t go inside the Perimeter without a darn good reason. Most of the time, if we do, it is to THROUGH Atlanta on the way to someplace else.
My wife drives 50 miles out of the way to avoid Atlanta when we go to Florida.

Male.to female transgendered sex workers? I don’t think I want to know what their bodies are like or who buys their “services”. But also not surprised they would have high rates of VD.
