Red Robin CEO Receives Burger Tattoo After Employees Improve Service
Fox News ^ | February 02, 2017

The chief executive of a popular fast-casual burger chain may have stumbled upon a highly effective, yet slightly painful, way to motivate employees.

Last summer, Denny Marie Post, the CEO of Red Robin, encouraged location managers to improve overall restaurant scores on customer surveys given to diners at the end of their meal.

If those numbers (diners graded their experience on a scale from 1 to 10) were improved before the end of 2017, Post promised employees she'd get a tattoo of a Red Robin burger.

What good does her having a tattoo do her workers?

I like Red Robin’s food....won;t go there with the family because the service is abysmal.

It takes 90 minutes to get through lunch? It does at Red Robin.

Expensive, Overrated burgers.

The fact that their CEO is dumb enough to get one tattooed on her arm, doesn't help my opinion of the company.

As long as it doesn’t get left-wing political, I’m apt to try them.

Went there one time. Horribly overpriced. Too many other options available. Also looking forward to IN&OUT making their debut in Houston in the near future - Bible scriptures which they include on their packaging desperately needed!

I agree with you about Red Robin. I do like their sweet potato fries with caramel sauce for dipping, though. Yum!

We got an In-N-Out in central Texas a couple of years ago. Of course everyone had to see what the hype from the west coast transplants was all about. I’ve eaten there a few times and I’m still wondering, lol. The service is great, though!

Enjoy!

In n Out DOES NOT have bible scriptures on their cheese paper. Just what we need - bible scriptures on hamburgers

In n Out collapsed when they got too big and lost control of quality. Pretty decent burger in the 60’s and 70’s but they’re crap compared to Fatburger and Jack Sprat.

“The fact that their CEO is dumb enough to get one tattooed on her arm, doesn’t help my opinion of the company. “

It lowers my opinion of the company. Red Robin is obviously run by a feeble minded liberal idiot.

“Just what we need - bible scriptures on hamburgers”

Why would that be a problem?? Do they hurt you? If I gave you a doll could you point to the location on the doll where the Bible verse hurt you?

Burger King has them on their sales receipts.

My family discovered In-N-Out when they visited San Francisco during the summer three years ago. Grandson apparently fell in love with their food and ate three meals a day there for most of a week.

Never thought about paring caramel sauce with sweet potato fries. We have lots in the frig for ice cream. May have to try it on the potatoes.

We tend to stick with Dairy Queen or our local WhatABurger which has American flags and a statement “Thanks to our military and men in blue” on every window. Tried Carl’s once but all their employees are Hispanics and we can’t understand them so never went back.

We like Red Robin. It’s a ‘gourmet’ type burger joint with a huge menu. Service has always been good, food is good and they offer bottomless fries. My only complaint is hearing Happy Birthday sung every couple minutes.

compared to Fatburger and Jack Sprat.”

Never heard of either. Must be regional? Don’t have a problem with Bible versus being noted on their cups and wrappers. Those that do should probably get their burger elsewhere. Freedom of choice.

I disagree wholeheartedly. I LOVE In-N-Out, and think that Fatburger is over priced, over hyped and over rated.

Never tried Jack Sprat, but 5 Guys is better than Fatburger too.
