I have no idea. Trump needs some expert advise.

I’d check political donation history.
Everyone knows that if Barack Obama wanted to wiretap Trump or anyone else, he wouldn’t be constrained by the legal requirement to get a FISA warrant. He believes he is above the law.
Remember:
Obama wiretapped the parents of Fox News’s James Rosen — with no legal authority that I know of.
He illegally used the IRS to punish political opponents.
He illegally used an executive order to give amnesty to “Dreamers” — a power even he admitted he didn’t have.
He and Eric Holder intervened ion the ongoing case against the New Black panthers to end the prosecution — after the Bush Administration had essentially gotten them convicted.
So why wouldn’t hve wiretap Trump, with or without a warrant?
If NYT wiretap articles true then Trump wiretapped. If false then NYT intentionally pushed false stories to hurt President. They can’t have it both ways.
The real problem, however, is that any president has this power.
The real problem, however, is that any president has this power.
The real problem is the technology that has been placed in the hands of the NSA plus what you point out, the power of a president.
We need to repeal the Patriot Act and the FISA act, which are the sources of this power.
I don’t care if it’s President Bush, President Obama, President Trump, the next president, or the one after that. NO President should have such powers.
That is not to minimize what Obama apparently did. But we need to pull this up by the roots rather than focusing completely on just one individual president.
I agree.
They’ll be tracking us and some day dictating our movements if we don’t.
Hunger Games crazy
