No, laws don’t apply to Democrats. They can do anything they want.

disseminating Flynns transcripts to other intel agencies was legal but it was not done because of the potential for leaking. Obama made sure it would leak by making the change. Now its unlikely the FISA reauthorization needed this year will happen unless the deep state leakers fall on their swords.

In a word, no.

What is illegal is when that information finds its way to the press. Obviously no one is concerned to find out how that happened.

Privacy laws. When they changed the rules where nine agencies having the information when before only three agencies had access.

Executive Order 12333 was promulgated by a President, and it can be modified by a President. The President can alter the EO and authorize other agencies to access information collected pursuant to it.

It is still against the law to release the names of Americans whose names have turned up during a surveillance of foreign targets.

Take it easy on him. I’m sure he’s using the NYT laid off proofreader to help him. I’d recognize that lack of verb-noun agreement anywhere.

It’s tough to get noun-verb agreement since the verbs came from so far behind to win the Super Bowl.

An Arizona Highway Patrol officer stops a Harley for traveling faster than the posted speed limit, so he asks the biker his name.

'Fred,' he replies.

'Fred what?' the officer asks.

'Just Fred,' the man responds.

The officer is in a good mood, thinks he might just give the biker a break, and write him out a warning instead of a ticket. The officer then presses him for the last name.

The man tells him that he used to have a last name but lost it.

The officer thinks that he has a nut case on his hands but plays along with it. 'Tell me, Fred, how did you lose your last name?'

The biker replies, 'It's a long story, so stay with me.' I was born Fred Johnson. I studied hard and got good grades. When I got older, I realized that I wanted to be a doctor.

I went through college, medical school, internship, residency, and finally got my degree, so I was Fred Johnson, MD.

After a while I got bored being a doctor, so I decided to go back to school. Dentistry was my dream! Got all the way through School, got my degree, so then I was Fred Johnson, MD, DDS.

Got bored doing dentistry, so I started fooling around with my assistant and she gave me VD, so now I was Fred Johnson, MD, DDS, with VD.

Well, the ADA found out about the VD, so they took away my DDS. Then I was Fred Johnson, MD, with VD. Then the AMA found out about the ADA taking away my DDS because of the VD, so they took away my MD leaving me as Fred Johnson with VD. Then the VD took away my Johnson, so now I am Just Fred.'

(The officer walked away in tears, laughing)

I think you mean to ask “Was that breaking the law?”...as in, “Did the Obama administration break the law?”.

True Story Follows

Friend Donna Davies was never given middle name. When she applied for a Florida DL a few years ago, the computer would not process the app without a middle name. When the DMV clerk asked her supervisor what to do, he said “You need some entry in the field, so just put in a dash.”

She still gets her drivers license in the name Donna Dash Davies. She says it has a certain ring to it.

Another gentlemen, a country boy from Gadsden County was named legally named R. B. Connolly at birth.

You already figured it out.

He went back and got another drivers license when his first one read Ronly Bonly Connolly.
