Did you start coming to Free Republic after that big earthquake in China? It was several years ago, maybe Bush was still president. There were a LOT of Chinese people here on FR discussing the earthquake. My memory is hazy on it but we had interesting talks.
Hold tight. Expansion is booming and growing in Texas. New homes being built expeditiously in the north central area
This was ‘the untamed country’ when we moved here. Now we constantly fight the daily traffic and it’s only growing worse.

I’m old and have been married to my husband who is a few
years older than me for 52 years. I call him “Fang”.
I pray that something in the way of a job will come your
way that you will really like doing & also make a great
living at. - Trust in the Lord and do not fear! Fang
ended up working as a bankruptcy trustee due to first
accepting a job in a company that was already in bankruptcy
(& he didn’t know it). The trustee came in and Fang was the
last employee of that company. He kept working with the
trustee on that job and later others, then finally struck
out on his own. Made a good living. Sells a lot on ebay &
we both draw social security after many years of working
& paying into the system. We don’t go into debt & eat at
cheap places (like Wendy’s & KFC).
Don’t buy new clothes for any new endeavor. First, try it
in your old clothes!

Do you mean licensed architect or a person, draftsman working in an architect’s office
can you draw your architectural thoughts on a computer?
