Natto is very rich in K2/MK-7.

Raw milk fat from grass-fed animals yields a natural and complexed (versus synthetic and isolated) K2/MK-4.

Both are very valuable in promoting healthy bones and arteries, by increasing “good calcium” and reducing “bad calcium”.

The latter food source is now popular again due to the extraordinary contribution of Weston Price, a dentist, regarding his X Factor (now known to be MK-4) from raw butter oil.

(See also Rosalind Wulzen, a biologist and pioneer, coeval with Price, on the raw milk-fat benefit of producing the Anti-Stiffness Factor.)

Regular GMO soybeans are bad for you. But the experts say fermented organic soybean products are like miracle drugs.
I ferment turmeric and ginger, sauerkraut, kombucha, pickles and make kefir every day. I like all these things and I think it’s enough.

I also take K2, but I haven’t noticed any difference.

What has it done for you?
