“All those QBs have higher completion percentages that Tim.”

Still, Tebow has an above average win record as a starting NFL quarterback, plus a playoff win over the champion (at the time) Steelers.

Most NFL quarterbacks that have played the game can’t say that.

But Tebow’s presence in the NFL was a circus. People talking about the game all week; news cameras and microphones; people buying T-shirts; people going to the games and filling seats and talking out loud in the stands. It was real disrespectful. It was just too much - a real circus.

No, the 53 man roster had an OK winning percentage with him as a starter. Too much credit goes to QBs in the first place, and when that QB has multiple games where he throws less than 10 passes (not 10 completions mind, 10 PASSES) crediting him for the win is silly.

The fact of the matter is he’s not a good QB. He should have gone RB with gadget plays. He’s the white Christian Kordell Stewart, who as an amazing player when he was Slash, and stank on ice when he was moved to starting QB.

According to NFL coaches the dirtiest word in the English language is “distraction”. Look at videos like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0kGTZlvagg and tell me Tebow wasn’t a distraction. And it’s not his fault, but a coach simply cannot have that, somebody has to go... or in this case EVERYBODY has to go as in relatively short order the coach, starter AND Tebow were all out.

The few times I saw Tebow play he reminded me of Ed Podalak - the old Chief great. Maybe he could have performed that type of role?

.
The NFL is a circus at this point; Tebow was the cure that the fans wanted, and the media rebelled against them.

Sports are a tool for the destruction of our culture, and the establishment is not about to let that tool slip through their fingers.

That is why they were so quick to support Krappernick.

I will agree with you that he’s no Johnnie Manziel (0-0 in 2015) or Colin Kaepernick (1-10 in 2016). But if you can say with a straight face that Charlie Whitehurst (0-1 in 2016)or Cody Kessler (0-8 as a pro) was a better pro QB, we just have different standards of ‘better’.

Certainly not a low profile professional like Sams, or Colon, or Johnny Football, eh? You don't see any distractions there, do you?

Charlie Whitehurst has a higher completion percentage (55) than Tebow. Kessler’s completion percentage is 65. Also Kessler is the only one on that list to currently have a job. Which kind of proves my point. With all 4 guys on that list having better stats than Tebow and 3 of them being out of the league it shows why Tebow is also out.

Technically no. Even when Denver had him starting he was still 3rd on their official depth chart. Kind of weird I know, but that’s where he’s been his whole career.

Yeah he’s too popular because people chant his name. What a nightmare! He won the backup position in Philadelphia and was cut because of the leftist bias. They’re are lots of qb WAY worse.

Yeah he was third in the depth chart and defeated the reigning Super Bowl champions in the playoffs you are an idiot. Let me know when a depth chart wins a game.

Tebow is out of football for the same reason that Tom Brady who is a friend of Donald Trump had to disavow the president and couldn’t show up at the White House.

Look at all those insults. So now that we both know you’re out of facts we can walk away agreeing Tebow is legitimately out of football.

Good for you-—following that team——you are a true baseball lover.

The Cape Cod League here in MA also has quite a following.

Ummmm Brady hasn’t disavowed Trump and he didn’t go to the White House because his mom is dying.

Brady didn’t hide his tail after he was criticized for being positive about Trump? What have you been smoking?

It wasn’t a strong opinion, it’s simple facts that have all been discussed for years. And your response wasn’t strong, it was childish. I can live with you having no facts just fine.
