No Williams, once again You are wrong. Tim Tibow did not take the team to the playoffs. The defense and lots of stupid mistakes by the other teams caused the Broncos to get to a barely winning record and a berth in the playoffs. The Broncos lost 3 of their last 4 regular season games. Tim T. Was not the Messiah. And it was a safety named Dawkins who was the Christian leader of the Broncos. It is the Communist who prefer propaganda over the truth. Christians should be willing to resist the temptation to lie in order to pretend to be righteous. Tim Tebow could not play in the NFL pro style offence. Tim Tibow was great in the college style offence. The college style offence does not work long term in the NFL.

Now you are being ridiculous. In the NFL you are arguing a team made it to the playoffs because its opponents were “bad” and that only the defense made it to the playoffs? I think that means the other teams were “worse” and yes Denver had a great defense. However Denver with Tebow was better tahn the teams he faced. Further, he didn’t “barely” make it into the playoffs, the team did because he took over mid-season and yes turned a losing team into a team that “barely” made it in. I don’t see how that equates to a QB who can’t play in the NFL. He played, he won.

I accept that he had problems with his throwing mechanics. He seemed to have finally corrected those when he “earned” a spot with the Eagles which he wasn’t given because Chip Kelly didn’t like distractions.
Chip Kelly who was not an NFL level coach and who ended up with Colin Kapernich who was both a distraction and stunk as a player. And I was glad to see it. I guess that supporting Tebow and Trump and criticizing Colin Kapernich makes me a communist.

My interest in Tebow has absolutely nothing to do with Philly, nor am I from Philly. My interest in Tebow was in him being a Christian role model who was discriminated against by the left, as well as his being a great competitor who deserved better than he got. Funny that some of you have no concern about the treatment of a Christian by the media and sports establishment. I didn’t know this was an anti-Christian, anti-Tebow, pro leftist media site. Some folks just can’t handle the idea that he wasn’t blackballed. I don’t get it myself. With 3 seasons in uniform and 2 more training camps besides the guy got more shots than 70% of the guys who get drafted, pretty much the opposite of blackballed.
The minor leagues have a high proportion of players that scouts know won’t be major league players. No prospect is edged out by a public relations player.
Fact is, unless a player is drafted in the first round of the MLB draft, the odds are against him getting to the majors at all. Even prospects. Even for top prospects, many will be given a shot at the majors only because the organization has a lot invested and doesn’t want second-guessers, not because the organization believes he will make it as even a bench player.
