The pro-life movement receives a significant amount of criticism from pundits and commentators for not being more supportive of contraception and sex-education programs. Most pro-lifers respond by saying that any gains in contraception use will likely be offset by increases in sexual activity. This will actually result in both more unintended pregnancies and more abortions. A strong body of empirical evidence bolsters these arguments. For instance, last week the Journal of Health Economics published a study by British academics David Paton and Liam Wright. It found that recent budget cuts in Great Britain’s sex-education program were correlated with statistically significant reductions in both the teen-pregnancy rate and the teen abortion rate. Some background is important. During the 1990s, teen-pregnancy rates in Great Britain were double those of most Western European countries. As a result, in 1999 the British government launched its Teenage Pregnancy Strategy program to promote both sex education and birth control. Some £300 million ($454 million) was spent on this initiative. However, Britain’s teen-pregnancy rate and teen abortion rate remained relatively constant between 1999 and 2008.

Since most of these programs are taught in public schools you may want to ping this one out.
All this contraception stuff really only encourages sexual activity and there are more than a few problems with it.
One is that with the amount of testosterone flowing through a boy’s bloodstream, he hardly needs encouragement to have sex. It’s like throwing gasoline on a fire.
The other is that, what they fail to tell these boys is that after encouraging them to have sex, if the girl tells on him, he then becomes a registered sex offender.
I know a boy that this happened to. He was very bitter about it.
Just a normal boy doing what normal boys do without all the encouragement they are getting.
It’s reprehensible for these adults to set these boys up like this without warning them of the consequences of a juvenile record that will follow them the rest of their lives.
And if the boy is over 18 and the girl is not, it’s even worse.
What an injustice!
AND to make matters worse, if he *comes out* (as a homosexual) he’s made a hero and is so brave and all that crap.
So they get punished for having sex with a girl like they are encouraged to do but homosexual sex is rewarded.

I think many here, perhaps most, have understood this from way back when artificial contraception was just getting established as a “right.” I was arguing with people in high school about it in 1964, arguing with boys who saw the policies being pushed then as liberation to get all the nookie they wanted.

I don’t think that is the case.
Depending on the jurisdiction, people should only have sex with persons that are of age.
Aside from that, no one is going to be rewarded for being gay or straight, but will be responsible and either not having sex or not getting anyone pregnant.
Go to your local high school and see how many pregnant girls you see and then go to your local university and see how many pregnant students you see.
You will almost always see more at the local high school.

It’s hard to justify having a robust police and court presence if there aren’t criminals. Solution: make more criminals. Teenagers fornicating? Make it a criminal offense and voila, more criminals!
It’s clear.
Since say, BC pills and then better non-pill technology, illegitimacy has skyrocketed. Sky-rocketed. Not simply risen. It’s off the charts.
BC ease enables sexual immorality and develops the habit. The habit cannot be stopped, and doesn’t care anymore if “protection” is there or not. Eventually illegitimacy comes out.
I’m party to one of these tragedies/travesties as I write. Yeah, the pill helped alot.
Lukacs’, Adorno’s and Marcuse’s evil “Sex Ed” was forced into curricula by 1970 in American schools, (earlier in Europe) and out of wedlock pregnancies and childhood pregnancies skyrocketed. Prior to Sex Ed in US, promiscuity in teenage girls was so low —there was no need for “birth control pills”. Sex Ed created a market for toxins for girls bodies and abortion mills to make Big Pharma wealthy and normalize baby-killing in little children...all to destroy virtue formation in children.

It was all designed by the Frankfurt skool to destroy Western Civlization by destroying the Christian culture (virtue formation in little children)—wiping Christianity off the face of the earth, (Kill God Postmodernism), so Slavery could be Freedom again, and up is down, and boys are girls, for their “utopian” (Marxist) culture of satanism, where pederasty is “good” again.
Sex Ed is psy-ops on children to destroy their modesty, to make “sex” meaningless, destroy mystery and create cynics at age 6, and make children devoid of morality, warp their perceptions of their parents and male and female. Children are desensitized and sex is normalized outside marriage and in groups, so the Natural family and relationships become meaningless and break up easily to destroy the emotional development of all the children. Emotionally damaged children are easy to control.
Well, just telling people what they should be doing is never all that effective anyway.
One issue with these programs, especially in the urban areas, was the misunderstanding as to why the kids were breeding. Many of these pregnancies aren’t unplanned; as the end of high school looms, it is a lucrative way for the young women to get set up in an apartment of their own, with the freebies that come along with that (food stamps, welfare, etc.). It is their career, plain and simple; they are professional breeders.
