I’m amazed there was a mistrial, and the jurors just didn’t acquit him. I assume it’s the result of the lib media BS.
Not offering an opinion of guilt or lack thereof. Just that the nature of the evidence is prone to being unreliable and mostly hearsay. As we learned with O.J Simpson, jury nullification is a real possibility, and with Cosby made more likely by an accusation that is years old.
Was your writtent statement the exact quote from that deposition? Did he say to have sex with them? Did he say because they asked for it. Have you read the official deposition? Was the deposition introduced at this trial? Who were the authenticators of that deposition at this trial?
Was the entire deposition introduced and authenticated?
If you do not know, perhaps his crime is dell in drugs or??? Practicing medicine without license. All remote, but law is a demanding master, not a whore for a speculating uninformed judge jury or exectioner.

I think this last woman was a gold-digger. Did not know she saw him after the fact, but he did drug women to rape them.

haha. Yes, usually, I do have lots of better ways to expend time. But just back from med procedure. so down and am willing to expend time on those willing to act as judge and jury. Seen what happens with over zealous prosecution way too many time to let “beyond reasonable doubt” sink into the memory hole in the culture.

I have read links. What see is 2 very good lawyer’s using remarkable skill and energy in ferreting out facts and evidence. The prosecute is pushing the envelope,as is the defense. But we do not have in I saw which gives Judge’s decision about whether defense broke rule of Fed procedure and imposed the requested sanctions.
More importantly, the important question of whether Cosby gave those particular women qualudes against their will for purpose of sex and discuss have sex with them in that state was never admitted really my first reading.
Finally, there is no indication said admission, if existed, was introduced into the trial at issue.
