It’s not unusual at all for this “class” of people to demand their money back because of “cold food” — they are simply looking for and demanding a free meal. Has anyone EVER received cold chicken from Chick-fil-A? That would be almost impossible since at every Chick-fil-A I’ve ordered from his so much business that their food is handed to a waiting customer as soon as it is ready.
