i love how the cop rationalizes for a 34 year fireman veteran co-local govt employee. reloads several times and he just lost his mind for a moment.

who else are they this apologetic for?

As an ATT stockholder, I understand that ATT buys off the public with a pretty sweet dividend. Similar to the Democrats giving out pirated money to their cronies.
