The law, based off of Oregon Senate Bill 719, has faced massive resistance from Republicans and Oregon citizens alike. Despite this, the local governments managed to sign it into law—Oregon is no longer a free state.

This new anti-second amendment law allows all officials in the state of Oregon to order the removal of guns from the possession of free individuals. There is no evidence that is needed to perform the confiscation. The gun owner isn’t given a hearing until after.

Oregon voters voted these people in because they were kind, progressive and had such good intentions. If this Governor were running right now 99.999999% of every leftist that voted for she/it would still cast their vote the same way.

“It’s for the children!” they’d cry; “We want to abort them.”

Leftist are like that.

If you dont consent, they will force you into a road block around a blind corner and murder you in the snow.

The choice is your, Oregon.

The law only applies to individuals deemed an imminent danger either to themselves or to others; evidence is required for a judge to make the ruling, which can be appealed.

Please note imminent harm to self or others. The same standard as having someone involuntarily committed.

If it’s zot worthy then so be it. But the actual text of the law doesn’t seem to accord with the vague but threatening alarmism of this poorly written and un-sourced article.

If you can’t see that as a danger, then you’re mentally ill or a troll...probably both.

How many citizens do these unamerican political hacks really think will comply with such a patently illegal “law?”

You should read the actual law. It is far different that what is portrayed here. It only applies to those considered a risk to themselves or others. Only law enforcement officials, not all government officials, and family members can ask for the removal of the firearms. Only after a court hearing does the individual have to give up his guns. Read the law before making knee jerk reactions.

Have you ever tried to retrieve a gun from a LE organization, even with a court order?

No and No. I am going to retire there.
