Woodlawn used to be a nice place - Gwyn Oak Park, the amusement park, the Dixie Ballroom (last there for a New Year’s dance, 197o or 71).
Well, that’s Baltimore for you. Stupids are as Stupids do, in a city run by Stupids with a stupid mayor, Police Chief, DA, and City Council (Oh, one of the previous mayors is in jail right now).
Not like the good old days when most of the city was safe and the courts backed the police, not the criminals.
